What started as a short-story project that was part of a planned anthology, ended up being a 280 page interconnected novel - and also established itself as one of my favourite things I’ve ever written. It’s full of grief, and honour, and violence, with the first full Tarrazi perspective in the series - and the return of a fan-favourite, with lightning at his fingertips…
